NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
These Master Sweepstakes Rules (the "Rules") govern the standard sweepstakes activity available on the Rabbet mobile and web application (the "Platform"), including the standard User-to-User Offer marketplace described below. Specific promotional campaigns including, without limitation, Sponsored Offers and Promo Offers (each as defined in the Rabbet Terms of Use) may be conducted under separate Official Rules published within the Platform at the time of the applicable campaign. Where the Official Rules of a specific campaign conflict with these Rules, the Official Rules of that campaign control as to that campaign only.
The sole sponsor and promoter of the Sweepstakes is Rabbet Gaming, LLC ("Rabbet," the "Sponsor," or the "Promoter"), 437 West Division St. #403, Chicago, IL 60160. All Sweepstakes activity is administered by Rabbet.
Rabbet awards sweepstakes entries denominated in a virtual currency referred to as "Rabbet Cash." Rabbet Cash is the redeemable sweepstakes currency. Rabbet Cash may be obtained at no cost through any of the Alternative Methods of Entry described in Section 3 below, and may be used to participate in Sweepstakes activity for the chance to accumulate additional Rabbet Cash, which may be redeemed for U.S. dollars in accordance with these Rules. Rabbet also awards a separate, non-redeemable virtual currency referred to as "Rabbet Karrots," which is used for free-to-play activity on the Platform and which has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes.
PARTICIPATION REQUIRES REGISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A USER ACCOUNT WITH RABBET AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE RABBET TERMS OF USE, WHICH INCORPORATE AND APPLY TO THESE RULES. THESE RULES GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED BY RABBET AND ARE CONSIDERED PART OF THE TERMS OF USE.
THESE RULES INCORPORATE BY REFERENCE SECTION 16 OF THE RABBET TERMS OF USE, WHICH INCLUDES A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM. PAST, PENDING, AND FUTURE DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND RABBET WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION UNLESS YOU TIMELY OPT OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 16 OF THE TERMS OF USE.
1.1 Who May Participate. The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are: (a) legal residents of the United States; (b) physically located within an Eligible State (defined in Section 1.2) at the time of entry and at the time of any redemption; (c) at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater; and (d) not otherwise excluded under Section 1.3. A natural person who satisfies these requirements is referred to as a "Participant."
1.2 Eligible States and Restricted Territories. The Sweepstakes is not available, and no entry will be accepted from any person located in, the following "Restricted Territories": Alabama, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Tennessee, and Washington, and any jurisdiction outside the United States. The Restricted Territories list is reviewed periodically and may be modified in response to changes in state law or enforcement posture; the current list is set forth in the Rabbet Terms of Use and within the Platform. References in these Rules to "Eligible State" mean any U.S. state that is not a Restricted Territory.
1.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to Participate: (a) employees, officers, directors, contractors, and consultants of Rabbet and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies; (b) immediate family members and household members of any person described in (a); (c) any person whose User Account is currently suspended, terminated, self-excluded, or in a Cool-Off Period; (d) any person who has previously been determined by Rabbet to have engaged in fraudulent or unethical conduct on the Platform; and (e) any person prohibited by law from participating.
1.4 Compliance With Law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of each Participant to determine whether participation is lawful in the Participant's jurisdiction. Participation is void where prohibited.
1.5 Acceptance of Rules. Participation constitutes the Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and to the decisions of Rabbet, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Receipt of any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Rules.
2.1 Continuous Operation. The Sweepstakes operates on a continuous, rolling basis. The Sweepstakes does not have a fixed start date or end date and is not divided into discrete monthly or quarterly periods. Rabbet reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time in accordance with Section 12 (General Conditions).
2.2 Reporting Periods. For purposes of recordkeeping and any winner-list inquiries (see Section 10), Rabbet maintains records of Sweepstakes activity on a calendar-month basis. References in these Rules to a "Reporting Month" mean a calendar month beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time on the first day of the month and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on the last day of the month.
2.3 Apple and Google. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple®, Google®, or any similar platform. You understand that you are providing your information to Rabbet only.
3.1 No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment is necessary to obtain Rabbet Cash, to Participate in the Sweepstakes, or to win any prize. Rabbet Cash is distributed exclusively through the Alternative Methods of Entry described in this Section 3 (collectively, the "AMOE"). Each AMOE is available to all Participants on substantially equal terms. A Participant who obtains Rabbet Cash through any AMOE participates in the same Sweepstakes activity, under the same Rules, with the same prize structures, as any Participant who obtains Rabbet Cash incidental to an optional purchase of Rabbet Karrots.
3.2 AMOE Method 1 — Daily Login Bonuses. A Participant who opens the Platform on a given calendar day may receive a no-cost award of Rabbet Cash, regardless of whether the Participant makes any purchase on that day or any other day. The amount of Rabbet Cash awarded under this method may vary from time to time and will be disclosed within the Platform.
3.3 AMOE Method 2 — Mail-In Entry. A Participant may obtain a free award of Rabbet Cash by sending a hand-printed request to the address below. To be valid, each request must:
Each request must be mailed in a separate envelope. Each Participant is limited to one (1) mail-in request per calendar day, and to a maximum of one (1) request per envelope. Mailings must be sent to:
Rabbet Gaming, LLC
Attn: AMOE Request
437 West Division St. #403
Chicago, IL 60160
Mail-in requests must be received by Rabbet within thirty (30) days of the postmark date to be eligible. Rabbet will credit the Participant's User Account with the applicable amount of Rabbet Cash within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a valid request. The amount of Rabbet Cash awarded per valid mail-in request may vary from time to time and will be disclosed within the Platform. Mail-in requests that are illegible, incomplete, late, mechanically reproduced, or that do not correspond to an active User Account may be rejected. Rabbet is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered mail.
3.4 AMOE Method 3 — Periodic Free Claims. A Participant may obtain free awards of Rabbet Cash through time-based mechanics within the Platform. Without limitation, a Participant whose Rabbet Cash balance is at or below an amount specified within the Platform from time to time, and who has no pending Rabbet Cash redemption, may claim a free award of Rabbet Cash once in any twenty-four (24) hour period. The amount available under this method may vary from time to time, will be the same for all Participants using the Platform at a given time, and will be disclosed within the Platform.
3.5 AMOE Method 4 — Promotional Distributions. Rabbet may, from time to time, award free Rabbet Cash to Participants in connection with platform milestones, onboarding flows, account anniversaries, no-cost promotional offers from the Platform's Promo HQ feed, and other promotional occasions. These awards are no-cost to the Participant and do not require any purchase.
3.6 Optional Purchase of Rabbet Karrots; Incidental Rabbet Cash. A Participant may, at the Participant's option, purchase Rabbet Karrots (the free-to-play, non-redeemable currency) for use in free-to-play activity on the Platform. Certain marked Rabbet Karrots purchase bundles may include an incidental award of Rabbet Cash. Such incidental Rabbet Cash awards are strictly promotional in nature and are separately and equivalently available through the AMOE methods described in this Section 3. No purchase increases a Participant's odds of obtaining or winning Rabbet Cash, and no purchase is required to obtain Rabbet Cash or to win any prize.
3.7 Authorized Account Holder. In the event of a dispute as to the registration of a User Account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register the User Account will be deemed to be the Participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person to whom the email address has been assigned by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address.
3.8 Prohibition on Automated Methods. Use of any automated system, bot, script, or other technical means to obtain Rabbet Cash, to Participate in the Sweepstakes, or to play any Game is strictly prohibited. Rabbet's automated users (described in Section 6.12 of the Terms of Use) operate exclusively in Rabbet Karrots and do not participate in any activity denominated in Rabbet Cash; this provision does not limit Rabbet's operation of those automated users. Use of multiple User Accounts, identity falsification, self-referral, and other forms of collusive or fraudulent activity are also prohibited and may result in disqualification, suspension or termination of the User Account, and forfeiture of any Rabbet Cash and prizes.
3.9 Expiration of Rabbet Cash. Rabbet Cash is valid for three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of the Participant's last login to the User Account, after which any unused Rabbet Cash automatically expires. Rabbet Cash may also be forfeited if the Participant's User Account is closed, suspended, or terminated for any reason in accordance with the Terms of Use.
4.1 Participation in Sweepstakes Activity. A Participant may use Rabbet Cash to participate in Sweepstakes activity on the Platform for the chance to accumulate additional Rabbet Cash. Sweepstakes activity is conducted through features described within the Platform as "Offers," including (without limitation) standard User-to-User Offers in the Platform marketplace, Promo Offers, and Sponsored Offers. The mechanics of each Offer type are described in the Terms of Use and, where applicable, in the Official Rules of a specific campaign.
4.2 Selecting a Currency. When initiating an Offer, a Participant selects whether the stake will be denominated in Rabbet Karrots (free-to-play, non-redeemable) or Rabbet Cash (sweepstakes currency). The Sweepstakes is conducted only in Rabbet Cash. Activity denominated in Rabbet Karrots is free-to-play activity and is not part of the Sweepstakes.
4.3 No Monetary Value of Rabbet Cash; Redemption Required. Rabbet Cash itself has no inherent monetary value. The opportunity to convert accumulated Rabbet Cash into U.S. dollars arises only upon Rabbet's approval and processing of a redemption request, subject to the verification, eligibility, and limit requirements set forth in these Rules.
4.4 Eligibility for Redemption (Play-Through). Rabbet Cash obtained through any AMOE method described in Section 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, or 3.6 is not immediately eligible for redemption. Such Rabbet Cash must be used at least one (1) time in Sweepstakes activity before the Participant becomes eligible to request a redemption with respect to that Rabbet Cash. Rabbet Cash that is accumulated through Sweepstakes activity (i.e., won) is immediately eligible for redemption upon settlement of the relevant Offer, subject to the other requirements of these Rules. Rabbet may, in its reasonable discretion and on a non-discriminatory basis, increase the play-through requirement applicable to AMOE-sourced Rabbet Cash; any change to the play-through requirement will be disclosed within the Platform.
4.5 No Manipulation; Outcome Determination. For Offers that depend on the outcome of a real-world sporting event or other external event, settlement is determined by reference to a third-party data provider designated by Rabbet. Rabbet does not itself determine, and does not have the ability to manipulate, the outcomes of real-world events. The outcome reported by the designated third-party data provider is authoritative for purposes of settlement.
4.6 Final and Binding Decisions. Decisions of Rabbet as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, the operation of any Offer, and the determination of any prize are final and binding.
5.1 Variable Odds. The odds of winning a prize in any given Offer depend on the type of Offer, the Participant's selections, the choices of any counterparty (in the case of User-to-User Offers), the Sponsor's contribution (in the case of Sponsored Offers), the prize pool (in the case of Promo Offers), the outcome of the underlying event, and the total number of Participants. Odds for a given Offer are presented within the Platform at the point at which the Participant elects to participate.
5.2 Participant Responsibility. It is each Participant's responsibility to review the available information for any Offer before participating, including the prize available, the odds where calculable, and any specific rules applicable to that Offer.
6.1 POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY RABBET (IN ANY MANNER RABBET MAY CHOOSE) AND THE DECISIONS OF RABBET ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE PLATFORM SCREEN INDICATES OTHERWISE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PARTICIPANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ACTIVITY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND THE PARTICIPANT HAS FULLY COMPLIED WITH THESE RULES AND HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. RABBET WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VERIFICATION PROCESS.
6.2 Identity Verification at Redemption. Before any redemption of Rabbet Cash for U.S. dollars is processed, the Participant must successfully complete a Know-Your-Customer ("KYC") verification process administered by a third-party identity-verification provider designated by Rabbet. This process may include, without limitation: (a) submission of an unexpired, government-issued photo identification document; (b) confirmation of the Participant's residential address; (c) confirmation that the name registered on the User Account matches the name on the destination payment instrument; (d) screening against U.S. government sanctions lists; and (e) such other identity, age, and eligibility verification as Rabbet determines is appropriate.
6.3 Documentation Requirements. A potential winner may be required to sign and return to Rabbet, within a reasonable time period specified by Rabbet, an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (except where such release is prohibited by law). Failure to return required documentation within the specified time, failure to comply with these Rules, or unsuccessful verification will result in forfeiture of the prize. In the event of forfeiture, Rabbet has no obligation to award the prize to any other Participant.
7.1 Eligibility for Redemption. To be eligible to redeem any Rabbet Cash for a prize, a Participant must:
7.2 Minimum Redemption. The minimum redemption that may be requested by a Participant is fifty (50) Rabbet Cash, corresponding to a prize redemption of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50.00). Requests for redemption below this minimum will not be processed.
7.3 Maximum Redemption Limits. For the protection of Rabbet, its Participants, and the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the following maximum redemption limits apply per Participant:
A redemption request that would cause a Participant to exceed either limit will be deferred until the limit period rolls forward. Rabbet may, in its sole discretion, impose lower limits on a Participant-specific basis where required by enhanced due diligence or by applicable risk-based controls. Rabbet may, in its sole discretion and on a documented case-by-case basis, approve a single redemption above these limits for a verified, long-tenured Participant. The maximum redemption limits described in this Section 7.3 do not create any entitlement to redeem the maximum amount; redemption remains subject to all other requirements of these Rules.
7.4 Discretionary Holds and Enhanced Due Diligence. Rabbet may, in its sole discretion, impose a hold on any redemption request, regardless of size, pending enhanced due diligence. Circumstances giving rise to a hold may include, without limitation: identity-verification anomalies; a recent change to the destination payment instrument; activity patterns inconsistent with the Participant's history; potential association with a sanctions-listed person; or any other circumstance that, in Rabbet's judgment, warrants additional review.
7.5 Processing Fees. Rabbet reserves the right to impose handling or payment-processing fees in connection with the processing of a redemption. Any such fees will be disclosed within the Platform before the Participant submits the redemption request.
7.6 Taxes. Each Participant is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other governmental fees associated with the receipt or redemption of any prize. Participants should consult their own tax advisors for guidance.
7.7 Non-Transferability; No Substitution. Rabbet Cash is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as expressly provided in these Rules or as Rabbet may permit in its sole discretion. Rabbet reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason owing to circumstances outside Rabbet's reasonable control.
7.8 Method of Payment. Approved redemptions will be paid to the destination payment instrument designated within the Participant's User Account, subject to the name-match requirement of Section 7.1. Rabbet does not pay redemptions in physical cash, by money order, by cryptocurrency, or to any payment instrument other than the verified destination instrument associated with the User Account.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Participant agrees to:
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each Participant's consent to Rabbet's and its agents' use of the Participant's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice, or consideration. A Participant who does not wish to consent to such use may opt out by contacting Rabbet at support@rabbetgaming.com prior to receiving any prize; opting out does not affect eligibility to receive a prize but may disqualify the Participant from inclusion in promotional materials.
For a list of winners for any Reporting Month within one (1) year of the date of the request, send a written request specifying the Reporting Month requested (one Reporting Month per request) and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
Rabbet Gaming, LLC
Attn: Winner List Request
437 West Division St. #403
Chicago, IL 60160
Winner-list information will be provided in a form that protects Participant privacy consistent with applicable law and the Rabbet Privacy Policy and may, at Rabbet's discretion, identify winners by first name and last initial and city and state of residence only.
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Rules, the Sweepstakes, or any redemption are subject to Section 16 (Binding Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver) of the Rabbet Terms of Use, which is incorporated herein by reference. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Participant agrees to be bound by the dispute-resolution and arbitration provisions of Section 16 of the Terms of Use, including the class action waiver and individual arbitration requirements set forth therein, unless the Participant has timely opted out of arbitration in accordance with Section 16.5 of the Terms of Use.
12.1 Modification, Suspension, and Termination. Rabbet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or these Rules, or any part of either, with immediate effect, where any fraud, technical failure, regulatory development, or any other factor beyond Rabbet's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Rabbet in its sole discretion. In all other cases, Rabbet may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or these Rules upon notice posted on the Platform.
12.2 Notice of Material Changes. Where Rabbet amends these Rules in a manner that limits a Participant's rights or that may be to the Participant's detriment, Rabbet will notify the Participant upon the Participant's next access to the Platform, and the Participant will be required to re-confirm acceptance of the amended Rules prior to participating in further Sweepstakes activity. A Participant who does not accept the amended Rules may not participate in further Sweepstakes activity but may close the User Account in accordance with the Terms of Use.
12.3 Disqualification. Rabbet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Rules or the Terms of Use, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Any such conduct may also be a violation of criminal or civil law, and Rabbet reserves the right to seek damages and other relief from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12.4 No Waiver. Rabbet's failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term or any other term.
12.5 Erroneous Awards. If Rabbet Cash or any winning Offer settlement is determined to have been erroneously credited, lost, deleted, or corrupted, the Participant's sole remedy is replacement by Rabbet of an equivalent amount of Rabbet Cash. Rabbet has no obligation to honor an erroneous credit or settlement.
12.6 Severability. If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Information collected from Participants in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to the Rabbet Privacy Policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
To preserve the integrity of the Sweepstakes for all Participants, Rabbet may post updates and communications on its social media channels and in-Platform feeds. A Participant who posts comments — on Rabbet's social media channels, within the Platform, or otherwise in connection with the Sweepstakes — that are bullying, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise directed at other Participants, fans, or Rabbet personnel may have those comments removed and may be disqualified from further Sweepstakes activity. Rabbet reserves the right to alert the relevant social media provider to any such conduct.
15.1 Definitions. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Rules have the meanings given to them in the Rabbet Terms of Use. Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words importing one gender include all genders.
15.2 Currency. All dollar amounts referred to in these Rules are in lawful money of the United States of America.
15.3 Force Majeure. Rabbet shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligation under these Rules arising from causes beyond Rabbet's reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics or epidemics, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power failures, event cancellations, common-carrier delays, or failures of third-party service providers.
